Tips on Maintaining Youthful Skin on Face
1. Avoid the sun. Sun is the primary source of wrinkles.
2. Put sunscreen. Preventing wrinkles can be done by putting sunscreen especially during sun exposure.
3. Doesn’t smoke. Smoking ages the skin.
4. Get enough rest. When you doesn’t get enough sleep, the body produces excess cortisol, a hormone that breaks down skin cells.
5. Use moisturizer. Skin that is moist simply looks better, so lines and creases are far less noticeable. As skin ages it tends to become drier. Dry skin will show more wrinkles than well hydrated skin. Moisturizers create a barrier that keeps the skin from losing essential water.
6. Don’t over wash the face.
